Pokémon Go: The Mon on research in September 2021

In September 2021, Pokémon Go players will once again want to diligently complete field research in order to reap a cool reward or two. Because not only do all sorts of interesting reward encounters await them. No, the research breakthrough will also give you the mischievous Ditto - and with a little extra luck, you'll get him as a Shiny! Now that's a reason to collect at least one Field Research Stamp every day! But what Pokémon encounters can you expect in September 2021 when you complete a Field Research in Pokémon Go?

Once again, the researches are high on the list, bringing Dragon Pocket Monsters to your collection. All of them - Dratini, Kindwurm, and Kaumalat, as well as the rock and ground pocket monster Larvitar - can appear as Shiny if you're lucky. In addition, meta players are also interested in these Pokémon. The same goes for Stollunior and Rihorn, which are currently up for grabs, and still make very smart raid counters when evolved into Stollos and Rihornior.

That being said, Shiny Hunters are mostly concerned with Field Research with reward encounters. Flunschlik, Hoppspross, and Mantax are currently the only Pokémon that can't land in front of your Pokéball as Shiners after completing research.
